Ingredients

1 onion
3 tbsp oil
2 cups cauliflower
2 potatoes
1¼ tsp salt
1 cup frozen peas
2 tomatoes
½ cup water
Aloo Gobi Curry Mix

Method

1. Sauté 1½ chopped ONIONS in 3 tablespoons OIL in a pan on medium heat.
2. Add 2 cups chopped CAULIFLOWER*, 2 diced POTATOES, contents of ALOO GOBI CURRY MIX and 1¼ teaspoons SALT. Stir. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes.
3. Add 1 cup FROZEN PEAS, 2 chopped TOMATOES and ½ cup WATER. Cook for 10 to 15 minutes stirring occasionally or till vegetables are cooked.
