2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 package Daksha's Gourmet Spices Chicken Curry Mix
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion grated
2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


In a bowl mix together Chicken Curry Mix and with 1 tablespoon of oil. Make a paste. Blend spice paste with ground beef. Grate onion. Squeeze excess onion water out and add to ground beef. Add chopped cilantro and blend in.  Make about quarter pound burger patties and cook on a frying pan on medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes turning frequently or till cooked. Will make 8 to 10 burger patties.

Spicy Aioli
Mix together one third cup real mayonnaise with 1 teaspoon Daksha’s Gourmet Spices Chana Masala Mix. And set aside.

In a bowl add 4 Roma tomatoes finely chopped, half onion finely chopped and 1 cup cilantro finely chopped.
Add contents of 1 package of Daksha’s Gourmet Spices Salsa Mix, juice of half a lime, 4 teaspoons brown sugar and 1 teaspoon salt. Mix well.

Spread spicy aioli on both halves of a burger bun. Place cooked burger patties on one half and top with fresh salsa.
